要:模具表面残留的污垢反复经过高温加热会被氧化,在模具表面形成难以清洗的固化膜、垢斑等,被污染的模具会影响成品尺寸的精准度,导致成品表面出现凹凸不平,产生麻点、凹穴等缺陷。为了获得一种对模具污垢清洗彻底的水基洗模水,通过正交实验和和单因素试验分析了几种原料对硅油、石蜡、矿物油等污垢清洗效果的影响,最终确定了水基洗模水的配方为:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物TEXZO-FMEE 6%TEXZO-CETSA 5%200#溶剂油3%、伯烷基磺酸钠TEXZO-PAS-80 4%、混合溶剂A 4%、脂肪酸甲酯二丙酸钠 6%、偏硅酸钠3%、氢氧化钠5%、三乙醇胺1%、六亚甲基四胺1%、杀菌剂0.5%、纯水61.5%

Abstract: The residual dirt on the mold surface will be oxidized in the high temperature heating process and the solidified film and dirt spots will be formed on the mold surface, which requires regular cleaning for the mold. In order to obtain an environment-friendly water-based mold cleaner, the influence of several raw materials on the cleaning effect of silicone oil, paraffin, mineral oil and rubber was analyzed by orthogonal test and single factor test, the formulation of the water-based detergent was determined as fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylated FMEE 6%, CETSA 5%, 200#solvent oil 3% , PAS-80 4%, mixed solvent A 4%, fatty acid methyl ester dipropionate sodium 6%, sodium metasilicate 3%, sodium hydroxide 5%, triethanolamine 1%, hexamethylenetetramine 1%, fungicide 0.5%, and pure water 61.5%.
