合成脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物TEXZO-FMEE催化剂的筛选 发表于《工业催化》2022年第九期

摘要:脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物具有良好的生物降解性和优秀的抗硬水能力,低泡沫易漂洗,与醇醚类非离子表面活性剂有很好协同互补作用。以十六碳脂肪酸酯与环氧乙烷为原料,在几种不同类型的催化剂作用下采用一步法直接合成TEXZO-FMEE,对催化剂的诱导期、产品的转化率、多聚醇与二噁烷含量、平均分子量进行了考察,最终确定了四氯化锡是脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物合成有效的催化剂,以四氯化锡为催化剂在160℃温度下能得到转化率70%的FMEE。

Screening of Catalyst for Synthesis of Fatty Acid Methyl Esters Ethoxylates

Abstract:Fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates have good biodegradation and excellent tolerance to hard water, low foaming and rinsability, FMEE has good synergistic effects with alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. FMEE was synthesized from long chain(C16) fatty acid ester and oxirane by one-step method in the presence of several different types of catalysts, the induction of catalyst、conversion ratio、 average molecular weight、 content of dioxane and alcohols were investigated, and the optimum catalyst for the synthesis of Fatty acid methyl Ester ethoxylates FMEE was determined, The conversion of 70% FMEE can be obtained by using SnCl4 as catalyst at 160 °C.
