摘要:以十六碳脂肪酸为起始原料,采用无水的三氧化二铝和氧化钡为二元催化剂,先与环氧乙烷发生聚合反应,再用环氧丙烷封端,最后通过甲基化反应引入末端甲基,得到的PO封端的脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物TEXZO-FMEE,将FMEE进一步与氯磺酸反应得到磺化盐FMES,测试产物TEXZO-FMEEFMES的泡沫、HLB值、乳化力、分散力等性能,并将非离子PO嵌段FMEE与阴离子磺酸盐FMES作为除油剂的主体表面活性剂,复配无磷螯合剂TEXZO-EDDHA-Na以及渗透剂伯烷基磺酸钠TEXZO-PAS-80得到除油剂,并应用于染厂实际的化纤坯布前处理生产,除油率、手感等指标均符合工厂的要求。

AbstractHexadecane fatty acid was polymerized with ethylene oxide and propylene oxide in condition of anhydrous AL2O3 and BaO as binary catalystsmethyl was introduced through methylation reaction, then FMEE was reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to obtain FMES, and the foam, HLB value, emulsifying power, dispersing power of FMEE and FMES were tested.The non-ionic po blocked FMEE and the anionic FMES were used as the main surfactant of scouring agent, The formulation of deoiling agent were obtained, which were used in the pretreatment process of the plant respectively. The formulas were composed with the phosphate-free chelating agent EDDHA-Na and other auxiliary agents, the capillary effect is in line with the requirements of the plant.
